A Handshake Eight Thousand Kilometers Long
Our Egypt Partner DGtizers Visits DigiDraw
August 11, 2026 · DigiDraw Headquarters & Factory
Sooner or later, a real partnership needs a face-to-face. On August 11, Mr. Hefny and Mr. Ahmed of DGtizers — our official partner for Egypt and the Arab market — flew in to visit DigiDraw.
Names on the welcome screen
Before the guests even walked in, the lobby screen was already on: "Warmly Welcome Mr. Hefny & Ahmed — DGtizers | Egypt & Arab Market Partner." An eight-thousand-kilometer flight, ending in a handshake. Not the first time we'd worked together — but the first time in person. Every email, call and order up to this point finally had faces attached.

First meeting. Start with a handshake.
A long talk about Egypt
Once we sat down, it got practical fast: channel build-out in Egypt, how users in the Arabic-speaking market actually buy and draw, the product roadmap, and supply schedules. DGtizers already knows our lineup inside out — this visit was about taking what's already moving in Egypt and making it deeper and faster.
Suited up, into the cleanroom
After the talks, we suited our guests up — anti-static smocks, masks, air shower — and walked them onto the production floor. A catalog shows a distributor what a brand sells. A production line shows them why they can trust it. Lamination, assembly, burn-in testing — at every station, they stopped, looked, and filmed.

Supply chain you can actually see
"Supply chain strength" is an abstract phrase on a slide. It only becomes real when your partner is standing next to the line, watching a pen display go from components to a finished unit, through every inspection, all the way to the box. The factory tour ended up being the longest stop of the whole visit.
Until next time
Before they left, one more photo in front of the welcome screen. The DigiDraw × DGtizers launch poster for Egypt is already out — pyramids and pen displays in the same frame, soon to be all over channels in Cairo. A poster, then a visit. A handshake, then a production line. That's how a partnership grows, layer by layer.
