App Purpose: Turing KDial is a shortcut configuration companion application for the DigiDraw Turing KDial remote controller hardware. This App connects with the Turing KDial hardware via Bluetooth to configure shortcut keys and function mappings for drawing software.

This Application respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of its services. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, this Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, this Application will treat such information with due diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise stipulated in this Privacy Policy, this Application will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. This Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Application's Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Application's Service Agreement.
(a) When you use the Application's network services or visit the Application's platform webpage, the Application automatically receives and records information from your device, including but not limited to your IP address, device model, system version, access date and time, hardware and software characteristics.
Core Statement: Turing KDial does NOT collect identifiable personal information such as your name, phone number, email, contacts, photos, SMS or call logs.
When pairing with Turing KDial remote controller via Bluetooth, the App temporarily obtains Bluetooth device name and MAC address of the Turing KDial hardware only for device discovery and Bluetooth connection. This Bluetooth related data is stored locally on your mobile device and will NOT be uploaded to our cloud server, sold or shared with any third parties.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:(a) Relevant information and data posted by you on this Application collected by the Application, including but not limited to activity participation, transaction information, and evaluation details;(b) Acts in violation of legal provisions or the Application's rules, and measures taken by the Application against you.
(a) This Application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third parties, unless it obtains your prior permission, or the third party and this Application (including its affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information that it previously had access to.
(b) Bluetooth hardware information (device name, MAC address) is only used for pairing and connecting your Turing KDial remote controller, to realize shortcut configuration function. This information will not be used for advertising, user tracking or other unrelated purposes.
(c) This Application also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or disseminating your personal information without compensation by any means. If any user of this Application's platform engages in the above activities, this Application has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user upon discovery.
Under the following circumstances, this Application will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal provisions:(a) Disclose to a third party with your prior consent;(b) Share your personal information with a third party when necessary to provide the products and services you request;(c) Disclose to third parties, administrative authorities, or judicial authorities in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;(d) Disclose to a third party if you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, the Application's Service Agreement, or related rules;(e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent at the respondent's request to facilitate both parties in handling potential rights disputes;(f) In a transaction created on this Application's platform, if either party to the transaction has performed or partially performed the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, this Application has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;(g) Other disclosures that this Application deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
Note: Except for the above legal scenarios, we will NOT share your Bluetooth device information with any third parties.
Information and data about you collected by this Application will be stored on the servers of this Application and/or its affiliated companies. Such information and data may be transmitted to overseas locations where you are located, or where the Application collects the information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.
Data Retention & Deletion: All locally saved shortcut configuration data can be cleared by you at any time by clearing the App cache or uninstalling the App. Once uninstalled, all local configuration data will be deleted from your device. We do not retain your personal identifiable data on our servers.
This mobile Application does not use browser Cookies. This section applies only to our related web pages, if any.(a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, this Application will set or retrieve cookies on your computer to enable you to log in or use the Application's platform services or features that depend on cookies. This Application uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and personalized services, including promotional services.(b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the Application's network services or features that depend on cookies.(c) Information obtained through cookies set by this Application will be subject to this Policy.
(a) All accounts of this Application are equipped with security protection functions. Please properly keep your username and password information. This Application will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.(b) When conducting online transactions using the Application's network services, you will inevitably need to provide information to the other party to the transaction or potential transaction partners.
